I’ve been thinking a lot about how to structure our Social Media Strategy here at Social Instinct. As I started to reflect on all the different tactics I have used in the past, or, the new techniques I’ve been reading about from our contemporaries, it became important for me to take a few steps back and get that 30,000-foot view of how to organize our approach.
I’ve put together those thoughts into a quick Slideshare presentation. I'm using these 6 ideas as an outline of how I want to structure our strategy. There will be a lot of tactics and actionable tasks that live under each of these, but it will be great to have these top level categories to reference back to to ensure we are building out a well rounded and thought out strategy.
