Building Employee Communities

Author Lauren Klein is social collaboration consultant  with a specialty in building employee-toemployee communities. Most recently, she was a Chief Community Officer at Executive Networks. She's published several papers in top knowledge management trade journals and magazines, and lectures on KM and communities.

She recently prepared a white paper for us on the importance of recognizing that employees are a community that needs to be nurtured and engaged. Here's the introduction:
